I saw this on the Huffpost yesterday (gotta see how the loons, flakes and other assorted nuts live). Naturally there were the mandatory hissy fits regarding anything gun related.

I found it browsing an antique arms collector's website. Unfortunately I lost the details on the make and model, but what you described is essentially correct.
